MerKa

• By creating an account or using any functionality of MerKa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with these Terms. These Terms are a legal agreement between you (the user) and MerKa.

• You may use MerKa only if you are at least 13 years old and have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. You agree to use the application only for legal purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of third parties or violate any applicable law.

• To access certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate and up-to-date information (name, email address and location). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

• MerKa allows users to request and receive product deliveries. You accept that delivery time may vary and that it is the user's responsibility to provide an accurate address. We reserve the right to cancel or reject orders in cases of fraud, lack of stock or non-compliance with these Terms.

• Our use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available within the app or on our website. By using MerKa, you consent to such processing.

• All content, design, brand and technology of MerKa are owned by MerKa or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit any part without written authorization.

You may not:

• Use MerKa for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
• Access or attempt to access data not intended for you.
• Interfere with the security or operation of the app.

• We may suspend or close your account if you violate these Terms or we make significant changes to the service. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at merkapp25@gmail.com.

MerKa is not responsible for:

• Indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
• Delivery delays due to causes beyond our control.
• Inaccurate information provided by users.

• Use of MerKa is at your own risk.

• We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of important changes through the application or by email. Continued use of MerKa after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of [Country where primarily operated]. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of said country.
