- MerKa is a digital platform available on iOS, Android and Web that allows you to buy products from different categories and receive them directly at your home in Central American countries.
- Currently, MerKa operates in [specify countries, for example: Guatemala, El Salvador, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica and Panama]. We plan to expand to more regions soon.
- Download the app from the App Store or Google Play, open MerKa and create an account by entering your name, email address and location. It's quick and free.
- We offer a wide variety of products, including:

- Home articles and more
- Delivery time depends on your location and the type of product, but usually ranges between 1 and 5 business days. Some products may have express shipping.
- Shipping cost varies depending on weight, distance and supplier. You can see the exact cost before confirming your order. Sometimes we offer free shipping on promotions or purchases over a certain amount.
- Yes. Once the order is placed, you can see its status in the 'My orders' section of the app. You will receive notifications when your package is on its way or has been delivered.
